The home is designed for groups and families, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 8. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the upper-level bedroom, a Double bed and Futon in the second main-floor bedroom, and a Double bed in the third main-floor bedroom. For additional flexibility, a Queen pullout couch is available in the living room.

Please note that there is no snowmobile access to the house; however, guests may park trailers on-site and trailer to the Depot Street park-n-ride.
