Inside, the home is equipped for a cozy stay with a propane fireplace, a living room with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, Crockpot, lobster pot, and both a standard and Keurig coffee maker. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement and a garage entry providing two exclusive parking bays for guests.

The large private lot features a private waterfront in the town cove with a brand-new dock (for swimming only; no boats), a shallow and easy walk-in entry to the water, a firepit, and a gas grill available from mid-May through mid-October. Two kayaks are provided for guests to explore Rangeley Lake. For adventure seekers, the home is snowmobile and ATV friendly, with ATV access via Main Street and snowmobile access via the lake (accessible via Lakeside Convenience).
