The cabin is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a thoughtful layout. The main floor features two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds—alongside a full bathroom. The upper level serves as a private sanctuary with a third bedroom featuring a king bed and an accompanying 3/4 bathroom.

Guests can enjoy a variety of premium features designed for relaxation and entertainment. The living area is equipped with a Smart TV and DVD player with movies, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, blender, and a regular coffee maker, all centered around a dining table that seats six. For outdoor enjoyment, the property offers a covered porch with furniture and a relaxing hot tub. Water enthusiasts will appreciate the shared waterfront access on Rangeley Lake, including a dock and private mooring for those bringing their own boats. A gas grill is also available for guest use from mid-May through mid-October.

Practical details and house rules include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. To maintain the quality of the home, smoking is strictly prohibited. The property is pet-friendly, specifically allowing up to 2 hypoallergenic dogs (please inquire about other pets). For convenience, a washer/dryer is available in the home, and there is dedicated parking for one snowmobile trailer by the house. Please note that the living room woodstove is not available for renter use, and guests do not have access to other shared amenities at the Main Resort Lodge. For security, a camera is located on the front porch facing the driveway.
