This cozy getaway is configured with one bedroom featuring a queen bed and one bathroom. For additional guests, a second queen bed is located in the living room, allowing the home to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably.

Balsam Breeze is an adventurer's paradise with a variety of outdoor features to explore the magic of Maine’s western lakes region. Guests have access to a 9' aluminum john boat, one canoe, two kayaks, and two bikes. The property also features a dock and mooring for those bringing their own watercraft, alongside a beach and walk-in area perfect for sunbathing and swimming. After your excursions, you can relax with a fire pit for s’mores under the stars or refresh yourself in the outdoor shower. Inside, the cabin is equipped with a heat/cool pump for air conditioning and is stocked with high-quality sheets, medium-weight blankets, and essential starter supplies.

Located on the eastern shore of Mooselookmeguntic Lake, the cabin is situated in a peaceful environment while remaining accessible to local hubs. It is approximately 9 miles from downtown Oquossoc and 15.5 miles from downtown Rangeley.

• Restrictions: There is no TV or dishwasher on site. The woodstove in the living room is not available for guest use.
