Designed for comfort and flexibility, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 7. The first level is dedicated to relaxation and utility, boasting a cozy kitchen, laundry facilities, and a dining room that spills onto a deck with unparalleled lake vistas. Unwind in the lounge, which is equipped with a smart TV for Netflix binges and a warm fireplace for ultimate winter coziness. For year-round comfort, the space also includes a heat pump and air conditioning unit. Sleeping arrangements on the first floor include a queen-sized bed with lake views and a walk-in wardrobe, accompanied by a convenient shower and toilet.

Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, both offering panoramic lake views. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the second provides two singles plus a foldable bed for a seventh guest (recommended for children rather than adults). Every room provides ample wardrobe space and access to a private deck or patio to soak in the scenery.

Located in the beautiful Waikato region, the property is a very quick drive to Acacia Bay’s local hotspots, including the Bay Bar & Brasserie and the famous L'Arte Cafe Gallery. For those seeking water activities, the Acacia Bay North Jetty is nearby for swimming or launching a boat. The Taupō town centre and supermarkets are conveniently located just 6km away.

• Additional Notes: A $250 pre-authorisation hold applies for bookings outside Airbnb. Professional linen and one body towel per guest are provided. A starter kit of essentials (tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper, and toiletries) is included. Highchairs and cots are available upon request (bedding for cot not provided).
