Designed for larger groups, this spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: the main floor features a queen bedroom and a double bedroom; the loft provides a third bedroom with two double beds; and the lower level offers two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed. With 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for family and friends to relax and unwind.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is rich with property-specific features. Guests can warm up by the cozy wood stove or gather under the stars around the outdoor firepit. For those visiting between mid-May and mid-October, a gas grill is available for outdoor cooking, and the lower level includes a second fridge and freezer for extra convenience.

The location is a dream for outdoor enthusiasts. You will find yourself just 0.9 miles from downtown Oquossoc, 6.2 miles from downtown Rangeley, and 14.5 miles (approximately 25 minutes) from Saddleback Mountain, where some of Maine's best skiing awaits. Winter guests will love the snowmobile trail access directly from the doorstep. Summer visitors can enjoy shared waterfront access on beautiful Rangeley Lake, including a shared dock at 91 Judkins Road. Please note that while boats can be launched from this access, they must be removed from the water and returned to the rental daily.
