The ground floor living and dining room opens directly onto the pool terrace, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beautiful views. The kitchen is cleverly positioned on a split level, just a few steps up from the main living area.

Outside, the property invites you to embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle. You can cook and dine al fresco using the provided brick-built BBQ, all while enjoying the serene and beautiful setting. For those traveling with an exceptionally large group, Villa Helios Evreti is located next door to Villa Astria; both can be rented together to accommodate up to 17 guests.

Located in a hilly and mountainous area, the villa sits in an elevated position. Please be aware of the unique architectural character of the home, which includes multiple steps and levels throughout the interior. Access to the villa is via a 94cm wide path with one step, and the terrace features crazy paving that may be uneven in places. Additionally, there are large gaps in the internal staircase railings, so please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
