About Property

Discover a one of a kind getaway at the Village of Loon, where this expansive double unit provides an ideal space for families to spread out and enjoy the beauty of Lincoln, New Hampshire. This unique residence was created by converting two units into one larger space, offering significantly more room than a standard unit and placing you conveniently just across the street from the excitement of Loon Mountain.

Designed for group comfort, the home features 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, accommodating up to 12 guests with 2 bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels to ensure privacy and relaxation. Your journey begins in a practical mudroom with plenty of storage for your outdoor gear. The main level boasts an open concept living and dining area with a full kitchen and a queen master bedroom featuring an attached full bath that also opens into the common area. The upper level is a highlight, featuring a split level loft with a bedroom containing a twin over full bunk bed, a full day bed on the main landing, and a double twin room above. For additional relaxation, the lower level provides two queen bedrooms, a second living room, and a full bath with laundry facilities.

While the structured amenities for the unit itself are minimal, guests enjoy full access to the Village of Loon's private swim club. This impressive recreation facility includes:

• 2 indoor pools and 2 outdoor pools
• Indoor and outdoor hot tubs
• 12 tennis courts
• Game rooms, saunas, and fitness facilities
• Picnic tables, grills, and a play area

Located in the heart of the resort community, you are steps away from world-class mountain activities. Please be mindful of a few house notes: the family uses this condo in winter, so most closets are locked for personal storage, though plenty of dressers are available. Some items in the basement living room and outdoor gear on the back deck (such as kayaks and ladders) are not for guest use. Per HOA regulations, grills cannot be used on the balcony. Additionally, please note there is currently no AC as the mini split is awaiting replacement.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Experience the perfect blend of mountain adventure and resort luxury in this spacious family retreat.
