Designed for small families or couples, this first-floor unit features 2 bedrooms with 2 cozy beds and 1 modern bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The interior is tastefully decorated to exude coastal charm, with bedrooms thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep after a full day of sun and surf.

The heart of the home is a welcoming living area and kitchen combination. The living space provides a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding and socializing. A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary endeavors, complemented by a dining area that offers the perfect setting to gather for homemade breakfasts or savoring sunset dinners together.

Location & Neighborhood Located in the heart of Wildwood, this shore house puts you within easy reach of the beach, the famous boardwalk, various local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Whether you are seeking high-energy adventure or a quiet place to recharge, the neighborhood offers an array of activities to suit every taste.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests will enjoy self check-in for a seamless arrival. Please note that this is a private home rather than a hotel, and we ask that you treat the space with respect.

Important House Rules:

• Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited
• No pets allowed
• No open flames or burning candles permitted anywhere on the property
• A $10 fee applies for unwashed dishes left behind
• A $20 fee applies for each trash bag not properly disposed of

Parking & Logistics There is no on-site parking, but a 15-minute unloading zone is located directly next to the building. Metered street parking is available in front of the building (via the ParkMobile app) from May 15th through October 31st, operating 8:00 am to 3:00 am. Free street parking is primarily available West of New Jersey Ave, and weekly permits can be purchased at City Hall for $100 (2025 season).

Supplies To ensure your comfort, we provide bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, and mini toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). Due to limited storage, paper towels and washcloths are not supplied.
