The complex features a spacious garden atrium where you can enjoy the heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities. Unit #309 is situated on the third floor, providing a beautiful direct oceanfront view of the water. You can spend your mornings or evenings relaxing on your own private, sunny direct oceanfront balcony, listening to the soothing sound of the ocean waves.
