While the property offers a modern interior, guests can also enjoy the shared rooftop patio for a breath of fresh air. The interior is equipped with new furniture and a fully stocked kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and complimentary coffee and tea to start your mornings right. For entertainment and comfort, the space includes a smart TV and an AC unit in the living room (please note the AC system is shut down during winter months from approximately November to April).

Located in the eclectic Plateau neighborhood, you are within walking distance of some of the city's best shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Nature lovers will appreciate being an 8-minute walk from La Fontaine Park, 10 minutes from the famous Jeanne-Mance Park, and 10 minutes from Mount Royal Mountain.
