1. Please call rental office if you need assistance.
2. For emergencies, call 911.
3. Please take a general inventory upon arrival to ensure that the accommodations are satisfactory. If you have any problems, we must hear from you within two (2) hours after checking in.
4. Please respect the property and your neighbors.
5. Please obey maximum occupancy rules. If you violate this regulation, we will ask you to vacate the premises without a refund and a forfeiture of entire security deposit. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Maximum of two )4)cars are allowed. All other cars are to park on the street.
6. Any items found to be broken or damaged by the renter or their guests, will be deducted from your deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
7. Please ensure to lock the property prior to leaving in order to safeguard your belongings and the house.
8. No pets allowed under any circumstances.
9. No smoking is allowed inside properties or on premises.

10. Be careful about leaks and overflows. 
    

11. Sand and tar must be removed from shoes and feet before entering property. 
    

12. If the bbq pit is utilized during your stay, please clean it properly for the next guest.  Charcoal should be extinguished for at least 24 hours prior to placing in trash container. 
    

13. No fireworks or firearms permitted. 
    

14. Boats and trailers are not permitted on property. 
    

15. All trash needs to be placed in plastic trash bags, closed with ties, and in trash container outside of the house. 
    

16. Always keep the main front entry, beach and pool gate closed. 
    

17. If there is a swimming pool on the premises, please note that no lifeguard is on duty.  Observe all pool regulations and take proper precautions to safeguard yourself, guests, and children. 
    

a) No diving or jumping. Swimming pool is shallow. b) Do not leave children unattended at the swimming pool. c) No glass containers are allowed in or around pool area or deck. d) Do not hang towels on the baluster railings. e) All personal items are to be stored inside the unit when not in use.
f) Please keep pool area clean. 18) Minimum age requirement for reservations is 30 years or older
