• Pet Policy: Dogs allowed upon application (max 2) with a $50 fee per pet. No cats. Dogs are not permitted on furniture and must not be left unattended indoors. Easy-clean flooring throughout.
• House Rules: No schoolies bookings. Guests under 20 may not travel independently. Quiet hours are observed after 9 PM. A mandatory check-in form must be completed prior to arrival.
