• Special Requests: Early check-in, late check-out, or events may be permitted for additional agreed-upon fees.
• Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. No parties or party-type behavior are permitted. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Noise Curfew: In accordance with Portuguese law, the noise curfew is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, though guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors starting at 10:00 PM.
