The main bedroom features a comfortable superking bed that can be converted into two singles, complemented by a large mirror and ample storage. The vibrant second bedroom provides a cosy double bed and generous hanging space. Both rooms are infused with a bright and airy ambiance thanks to large modern shuttered windows. A refreshing, modern-styled bathroom completes the layout, boasting a new large walk-in shower installed in October 2024.

While general property amenities are limited, the interior spaces are designed for ultimate relaxation. The spacious living and dining area is appointed with two plush velvet sofas and a dining table that overlooks the captivating Viking Bay. For entertainment, the space includes a smart LED TV with Sky and various streaming channels. The culinary haven of a kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a Nespresso Vertuo Pop coffee machine and a washing machine.

Located in the heart of historical Broadstairs, you are just a leisurely 2-minute stroll from the famed Viking Bay and Victoria Gardens. The neighborhood is a delightful blend of independent shops, quaint cafes, lively bars, and top-rated restaurants, all just steps away. Despite this central location, the property is situated on the second floor of a tranquil apartment block, ensuring a peaceful haven for your stay.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome (up to 2 small to medium dogs under 20kg). Please notify the host; a secure payment link for the pet fee will be sent after booking. Pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and kept off beds and furniture.
• Families: Children over 5 and babies are welcome. Guests must bring their own travel cot, or a travel cot and high chair package can be hired for £10 for up to 7 nights (subject to availability).
