The layout of this modern loft is designed for comfort and efficiency, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. One of the standout features of the space is the giant private balcony, which provides an elevated vantage point overlooking St Francis and Intrust Bank Arena.

Guest access begins with parking in your designated spot behind the building. From there, you will enter through a wooden gate into an enclosed courtyard, where you will find stairs leading up to the unit. Please be aware that this loft sits atop an event venue that occasionally serves as an upscale bar during high-capacity arena events. Because events may continue as late as midnight, this space may not be ideal for guests who are sensitive to noise.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Only one vehicle is permitted per unit. A parking pass will be provided at check-in and must be displayed in the front window to avoid being towed at the owner's expense. A $20 charge applies if the pass is not returned upon checkout.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book.
• Residency Restriction: Reservations cannot be made by guests residing in their own city of residence. Guests with a 316 area code must provide a driver's license; bookings will be cancelled if a local address is present.
• Pet Policy: No pets allowed, no exceptions.
• Note: A garment steamer is provided in place of a traditional iron and board.
