For safety reasons, pets cannot be accommodated, and guests should not feed or pet the resident animals during self-guided tours. The property maintains a strict non-smoking policy to protect animal health and welfare.

Accessibility considerations include gravel parking and a paved pathway with approximately 100 feet walking distance from parking to the cottage. Early check-ins may be arranged with advance notice, though arrivals before 1pm cannot be accommodated. The property does not host events, gatherings, or weddings to preserve the peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
