Designed for large groups and families, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The layout consists of two separate apartments. The first apartment, spanning approximately 130 square meters, features a dining room with a large table for 8, a kitchen, and a beautiful majolica stove. This space includes a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a second tiled stove, and a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom. The second apartment, approximately 75 square meters, offers a large main room with a kitchen, a dining table for 7, and a sofa bed, leading to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. In total, the property provides 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay.

Outdoor living is at the heart of the Villa Fuzzys experience. A completely fenced 1500 m2 garden surrounds the home, offering breathtaking views of the lake and Mount Baldo. Guests can relax under the shade of olive trees, enjoy the barbecue area, or dive into the beautiful swimming pool (open from April 15th to October 15th). For added luxury, an external staircase leads to an upper floor garden featuring a Jacuzzi.

Located on the first hill above Malcesine, the villa is situated in a panoramic, isolated, and quiet area that guarantees maximum privacy. For those looking to explore, the town of Malcesine is reachable via a beautiful 25-minute walk.

• Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
