For additional flexibility, the rec room includes queen-over-queen bunk beds, making it an ideal spot for children or friends. Each bedroom is outfitted with luxury linens and work desks for added convenience.

The residence is designed for a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The top floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept living and dining area with designer furnishings and a gourmet kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a gas stovetop. Guests can enjoy entertainment via Sonos speakers and Smart TVs located in the living room and bedrooms. The first floor provides access to the guest rooms and the impressive outdoor area, which includes a private swimming pool, a hot tub, a shaded patio, and a spacious deck. If there is a swimming pool on the premises, please note that no lifeguard is on duty.  Observe all pool regulations and take proper precautions to safeguard yourself, guests, and children.

a) No diving or jumping. Swimming pool is shallow. b) Do not leave children unattended at the swimming pool. c) No glass containers are allowed in or around pool area or deck. d) Do not hang towels on the baluster railings. e) All personal items are to be stored inside the unit when not in use.
f) Please keep pool area clean. 18) Minimum age requirement for reservations is 30 years or older.
