Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please respect these times, as unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and a fine will apply for violations. We ask guests to keep noise levels down after 22:00 and turn off all lights and appliances when leaving. For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning fee is required. Please dispose of trash in the street bins and avoid leaving running water unattended. Please note that photography or videography is not allowed without prior consent. Guests are responsible for any damages, lost keys, or missing items. Additionally, be aware that occasional utility outages are common in Tbilisi and are beyond our control. There is also ongoing construction in front of the balcony, which may cause daytime noise and partially block the view.
