The second floor hosts two additional sleeping quarters: one room boasting a queen bed and a small work desk with lake views, and another ideal for children or extra guests featuring two full beds and a dresser. A second full bathroom with a shower and vanity serves the upper-level bedrooms.

Inside, the living area is an inviting space styled with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for social gatherings. The dining area, bathed in natural light with views of the outdoors, includes a table that seats six.
