The sleeping arrangements are engineered for comfort, featuring one King bedroom with luxe bedding, built-in robes, and an ensuite; one soft and stylish Queen bedroom; and two King single bunk rooms ideal for children or adults. For an extra guest or a quiet reading nook, the home also includes a King single loft bed.

Beachstone is a seamless blend of style and soul. The heart of the home is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that spills onto a wraparound veranda. Outside, you will find a lush, landscaped garden complete with herb beds, a hot/cold outdoor shower, and an alfresco bath for soaking under the stars. The outdoor entertaining area is fully equipped with a BeefEater BBQ, bar fridge, TV, and dishwasher. Inside, the gourmet kitchen is stocked with essentials, while the entire home is enhanced by a CBUS smart home system, ducted air, Samsung Smart TVs, and a Sonos-ready speaker system.

Tucked away in peaceful Vincentia, the property is ideal for families and those seeking calm. The area is flat and walkable, making it easy to explore by foot or bike. You are within minutes of coastal walks, the vibrant dining scene of Huskisson, dolphin cruises, seasonal whale watching, Hyams Beach, and Jervis Bay National Park.

Practical details include a 3:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM check-out via smart keypad. To maintain the harmony of the neighborhood, guests are asked to keep noise at a respectful level and ensure all outdoor lights are off before bed. Please note that pets are not allowed. For the comfort of all, this is a shoe-free home; please leave footwear at the front door and use the provided slippers. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Guests are requested to clean the BBQ to avoid a $50 fee and ensure all excess rubbish is removed upon departure.
