Guests can choose between a $1,000 refundable security deposit or a $39 damage waiver providing coverage up to $1,500 for accidental mishaps. These processes are handled via the secure Happy Guest platform, which also provides a helpful guest portal featuring local recommendations and optional upgrades such as early check-in or check-out.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
