This spacious 1,165 sq ft home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed with a seasonal window AC unit, Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 provides full-sized bunk beds. For your total comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with blackout shades and portable fans.

The interior is bathed in bright, natural light, featuring an open living room and kitchen layout ideal for spending quality time together. You can unwind in the cozy reading nook or gather for a game night with a provided collection of board games and puzzles. The well-equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator, air fryer, Ninja drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, toaster, and blender, with complimentary coffee, tea, olive oil, and spices provided.

Outdoor living is where the cottage truly shines. An expansive front deck offers comfortable patio furniture for 8, a seasonal dining table for 6, and a propane gas fire pit. For those seeking lakeside fun, a second wood-burning Solo Stove fire pit sits closer to the water. Guests have access to two kayaks and direct access to Lake Great Pond via a shared dock with a private boat slip and a private boat launch to bypass crowded public areas. In the winter, the property supports ice fishing and snowmobile access.

Located in a serene setting, you are just a 2-minute walk from the water and a 5-minute drive to downtown Belgrade. Other nearby attractions include the Belgrade Golf Course (8 minutes), The Village Inn for live music (8 minutes), and Augusta (15 minutes). Waterville is a 20-minute drive, while Freeport and Portland are within 45 to 60 minutes respectively.

• Pets: Allowed with a one-time, non-refundable $150 fee and a signed release form.
• Parking: Ample space for 5 vehicles, plus boat trailer parking available at lake access.
• Policies: Firewood is not provided. Early check-in/out is subject to a $50 charge (unavailable during summer). A $250 fee may apply for excessive cleaning or improper trash disposal.
