Chalet Rules

Please take note of the cottage rules, applicable to all participants:
1. Strictly No smoking inside the cottage. However, smoking is allowed outside the cottage (a penalty of $1000 applies in case of non-compliance with this rule);
2. For safety, respect for the neighborhood and capacity of septic and sanitary facilities, we require that the number of people on the agreement be respected at all times by tenants. The base rate is for 4 people and there is an additional fee per additional person, up to the maximum capacity of the cottage which must be respected at all times (max 12 people). Note that to avoid any penalty, the number of people left to sleep must be as stated on the agreement (strict on-site supervision applies);
3. Domaine du Lac Fiddler is a resort where tranquility is required. The use of RVs, ATVs, Skidoos, motorcycles and motocross is strictly prohibited. You can bring your motorcycles on a trailer for use outside of the estate (a penalty of $500 applies for non-compliance);
4. Fireworks are prohibited at all times on the estate because of the high risk of fire and noise (a penalty of $1000 applies for non-compliance with this rule);
5. No exterior sound system is allowed outside the chalet and/or on the dock (a penalty of $500 applies in case of non-compliance with this rule and complaint from the neighborhood);
6. Fiddler Lake is an ecological lake and motorboats are not allowed. To avoid contamination of blue algae from other lakes, any launching of a boat other than those provided is prohibited;
7. Open fires are strictly prohibited. Outdoor fires must be made in the fireplace provided for this purpose (a penalty of $1000 applies in case of non-compliance with this rule);
8. The installation of tents and/or camper or caravans on the estate is strictly prohibited;
9. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents in the chalet, the SPA, the swimming pool, on the grounds and at the lake;
10. Any subletting is strictly prohibited;
11. The tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times. No excessive noise outside after 10 p.m. (including the pool, hot tub and sauna);
Note that in case of non-compliance with these rules, we reserve the right to withhold the security deposit. By booking directly on our site or on any other partner platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to comply with these rules, as well as anyone accompanying you.
