Despite being in Sevierville city limits with city water and sewer, you'll enjoy peaceful mountain surroundings with potential wildlife sightings including black bears.

Important Guest Information: This 650-square-foot cabin requires signature on a non-negotiable rental agreement before check-in details are provided. The driveway is extremely steep, though flat parking is available at both top and bottom. Three outdoor security cameras monitor the property (doorbell, driveway, and back parking area) but do not face the hot tub for privacy. Fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies are included. A late checkout fee of $100 per 30-minute increment applies after 10:00 AM EST. Credit card processing fees of 3% apply to all cancellations, resulting in 97% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior. Crawl space access is prohibited, and no check-in/checkout is permitted on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. Host communication is available daily 9 AM-9 PM.
