The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite on the main level offers a luxurious escape with a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, a Smart TV, and direct access to the deck. On the lower level, guests will find a second bedroom featuring two queen beds, and a bunk room that is perfect for kids, teens, or additional group members needing a comfortable place to recharge.
Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the interior boasts vaulted ceilings and a lake-facing living room with a wall of windows. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with premium appliances, a pot filler, and a dedicated coffee station. For recreation, the home includes foosball and fast WiFi throughout the property.
Outdoor living is a central part of the experience. Enjoy the wrap-around deck built for slow mornings and long evenings, complete with outdoor dining, a gas fire pit, and a private hot tub with open water views. - No shoes in the house. Please leave all shoes by the door.
- Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 11am.
- This home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs, 20 lbs or less, with a $250 fee per stay. Larger dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis, upon request. Sorry, no cats or exotic pets of any kind allowed for any period of time.
- No smoking or use of fire permitted in the house or on any area of the deck or patio at any time. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes cigarettes, the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes the lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $1,000 charge if this rule is not followed.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays allowed.
- There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time. A violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
- No extra / overnight guests
- Quiet hours are from 10p - 6a. Please respect our neighbors. No playing music or excessively loud conversation outdoors after 10pm.
- Please abide by all posted rules and safety precautions regarding the use of the Hot Tub. It is essential to adhere to these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all occupants. Please note that by using the Hot Tub, guests assume all personal risk and liability.
- We do not have direct lake access from the house. Please utilize the public lake access down the road.
- When driving, please adhere to the posted speed limits in and around the town of Wilton.
- Only single-ply toilet tissue and flushable wipes are to be used to ensure no disruption to our septic system
- Please do not rearrange the furniture
- Please do not unplug any of the electronics
- For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
- Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
- If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming guest you will be liable for the costs.
We have two pre-arrival requirements that must be completed before you will receive your check-in instructions. A secure link to enter this information will be provided upon confirmation of your booking:
- ID Verification: Please provide an approved government issued ID.
- Rental Agreement: Please eSign our rental agreement. This covers any additional property specific information regarding your stay.
