• Accessibility: There are no elevators in the building; guests must be mobile enough to use stairs as the unit is located on the 2nd floor.
• Construction Notice: The Summit complex is undergoing exterior improvements; construction sounds may occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Pool Maintenance: The indoor pool house will be closed for floor maintenance from August 3rd through August 14th, 2026.
• Wildlife Safety: Please do not feed or approach the local black bears.
