• Pets are not allowed
• Accessibility: This unit is on the 2nd floor. There are no elevators in the building or complex; guests must be mobile enough to use stairs.
• Community Note: The Summit complex is currently undergoing exterior improvements. While the interior is not under renovation, some construction noise may occur during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Wildlife Safety: Please do not feed or approach the local black bears.
