The sleeping layout consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring a primary suite with a king bed on the main floor, a queen canopy bedroom and a double queen bedroom on the upper level, and a queen bedroom alongside a custom bunk room (containing 2 twins and 2 queens) in the basement.

The surrounding area is perfect for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and hiking through Grafton Notch or Step Falls Preserve.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 house-trained dogs (age 2+) allowed with approval and a $200 fee. No cats or other pets permitted.
• Requirements: A signed rental agreement and ID verification are required. Guests must authorize a refundable $500 security deposit hold or opt for a $45 non-refundable damage waiver.
• Events: Micro weddings, retreats, and family reunions are welcome within the 16-guest capacity.
