Thank you for choosing Master Vacation Homes! VACATION RENTAL - PROPERTY RULES AND CONDITIONS

A Note on Our Home's Character: Our vacation home is highly loved and frequently enjoyed by families. Because of this, you may notice minor cosmetic wear and tear or aging furniture consistent with a popular rental. We work hard to keep everything functional and clean, but we ask guests to keep this normal wear in mind, as refunds are not provided for minor cosmetic imperfections.

CURRENT CONSTRUCTION The construction activity in the area is related to the ongoing development of new homes within the community. As this is an active construction area, work is taking place on a regular basis and is expected to continue for several months. Construction hours and noise levels may vary depending on the builder and the specific stage of construction. Guests should expect typical residential construction noise during daytime working hours. At this time, we do not have a specific completion date for all construction activities in the area, as multiple homes are being built and development is ongoing.

Property Management & Maintenance: This home is privately owned and professionally managed by Master Vacation Homes. Should a major appliance or equipment need attention during your stay, we will work diligently to resolve it as quickly as possible during normal business hours. Please note that maintenance delays or appliance malfunctions do not qualify for refunds or price adjustments.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT POLICY: Our team is available during standard business hours to assist with any guest requests, and we aim to address all inquiries within 24 hours. Office Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (After 5:00 PM: Emergency calls only)

True Emergencies (Handled 24/7): (For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 immediately) Active water leaks, complete power/water outages, air conditioning failures, pest infestations, property access issues, or safety hazards . While repair times cannot always be guaranteed, Master Vacation Homes will make every effort to immediately contact a service provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Response times for unforeseen circumstances may vary based on third-party provider availability. Non-Emergencies: Standard maintenance requests will be addressed during normal business hours. Non-emergency service calls handled after hours may incur additional fees if a staff member is required to visit the property. Contact phone number will be provided immediately upon booking.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT & OCCUPANCY POLICIES Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 10:00 AM
