This unique accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The two private studio rooms, measuring 25 and 40 square meters, are designed for relaxation and are furnished with comfy king-sized beds (180 x 200) paired with crisp, white sheets. A special window ceiling allows you to gaze at the stars from the comfort of your bed. The ensuite bathrooms are a highlight, featuring a bath with stunning views over the harbour, a separate shower, and luxurious bathroom amenities from Marie-Stella-Maris. Guests in the larger room enjoy the added convenience of a separate toilet and direct access to the deck, which can also serve as a private entrance.

While the structured amenities list is currently being updated, the property is designed as a sustainable haven. By utilizing a sustainable water heat pump, this eco-friendly houseboat emits no CO2, avoids burning fossil fuels, and uses five times less energy than traditional homes.

Located in the Zeeheldenbuurt at a quiet spot in the 'Oude Houthaven' (literally meaning lumber port) in the West borough, the houseboat offers stunning views over the IJ water and Amsterdam North. You are perfectly positioned to explore the city, with the city centre just an 8-minute walk away. The famous Jordaan area, known for its canal houses, the Westerkerk, and Anne Frank's house, is also within an 8-minute stroll. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with 'gezellige' coffee bars and restaurants. Other nearby attractions include Westerpark (15-minute walk) and the NDSM werf (15 minutes by ferry).
