This two-story escape is one of the largest cottages on the property and is designed to transport you to a different world where you can truly unwind and forget the stresses of daily life.

Designed for comfort and flexibility, the cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The main floor offers an open layout filled with natural light and windows that provide incredible views of the sunrise and the ocean. This level includes a full kitchen, a small dining table, a living room with a pull-out queen sofa, and a king bed. Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements continue with a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a pack & play for those traveling with little ones. The bathroom is equipped with a stand-up shower and the added convenience of a washer and dryer.

The cottage is located only four miles from the charming fishing town of Winter Harbor, placing you in close proximity to local restaurants, stores, and authentic lobster fishing towns. Your hosts, Jacob and Ashley, welcome you to their restored property; Jacob is a fifth-generation lobster fisherman, and you may even have the chance to purchase fresh lobsters directly from him if he is fishing during your visit.
