When we say ocean front, we mean ocean FRONT, offering a relaxing escape where time seems to stand still and the outside world simply fades away.

This inviting home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The main floor boasts an open layout designed for togetherness, featuring a full kitchen, a dining table for three, a cozy sofa, and a king bed. For those traveling with little ones, a pack 'n play is available. The upper level provides additional sleeping arrangements with a queen bed and a twin bed; please note that the upstairs area is open to the main floor without separating doors.

As one of the largest of the ten cottages on the property, this home is defined by its stunning ocean views provided by numerous windows that capture the beauty of the sunrise. Guests can enjoy the breathtaking scenery from the covered porch, outdoor seating, or the large lawn.

You may even have the chance to meet your host, Jacob, a humble 5th generation lobster fisherman, and purchase fresh lobster directly from him.
