Whether you are visiting for a quick trip or a longer stay, this unit offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

The studio is designed for ease and functionality, featuring a layout that includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The interior has been refreshed with new flooring, new furniture, and new artwork. For those needing to stay productive, the space includes a dedicated work and study desk area. The sleeping arrangements are supplemented by two queen beds, ensuring a restful night for all visitors.

Guests will have access to a variety of premium resort features and convenient inclusions:

Located in the heart of Kingston Resort, the South Hampton Tower is a stunning 16-story oceanfront high-rise that provides a safe and secure atmosphere. Please note that the Embassy Suite's pools and Splash Park are not included as they do not sell pool passes.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a strictly non-smoking complex, including balconies; violations result in a $500 fine and eviction. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fee for any pet remnants found. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and a $50 fee applies if security is called for noise. The minimum rental age is 21 years. Additionally, grilling is prohibited, and trailers, campers, or RVs are not permitted. Same-day check-in is not allowed. A $300 security deposit is required for all stays.
