• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Pets, smoking, vaping, and open flames (such as candles) are strictly prohibited
• Parties and events are not allowed
• Please park only in your designated cottage space
• A $500 security deposit hold is required one day prior to arrival, and a signed rental agreement must be submitted at least 7 days before check-in
