While the indoor footprint is compact, the experience extends outdoors to a private large deck that wraps around the unit, complete with outdoor furniture from late May through October. Guests can enjoy a BBQ grill or wander down the cleared path through the lawn to the shared 195 feet of rocky Maine beachfront. Inside, the kitchen is a tight but functional space equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, and teapot, with basics like olive oil and salt and pepper provided. For entertainment, a Smart TV is available for you to access your own favorite streaming apps.
