Located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, this studio loft condo is the perfect place to immerse yourself in a retro vibe, complete with earth tones, textures, a shag rug, and an awesome buck lamp. Whether you are pondering wearing bell-bottoms to hike LeConte or dreaming on the bed, this unique getaway offers a nostalgic escape that blends vintage charm with modern convenience.

Designed for 2 guests, the layout features a cozy configuration with 1 bedroom containing 1 bed (a queen bed built-in right next to the window) and 1 bathroom. The space is approximately 350 square feet and is situated on the first floor of a three-story building.

Please be mindful that we have black bear neighbors; they are a wonder to watch and photograph, but should not be fed or approached.

• Accessibility: No elevators are available in the building or complex; guests must be mobile enough to use stairs.
• Laundry: Paid washer and dryer are available in the building, with a laundromat nearby.
• Note: The Summit complex is currently undergoing exterior improvements. While the interior of this unit is not under renovation, construction sounds may occur during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
