Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A contactless self check-in process is provided for your privacy. Please note that this is a garden level/basement unit located in a historic 1920s building with limited insulation; consequently, noise may be audible between units and from the adjacent Route 102. To ensure a peaceful stay for all, the building observes a strict quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, which includes the use of laundry facilities. Pets are not allowed. Please be aware there is no waterfront view or direct water access from the property.
