To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please note the following house rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Smoking, vaping, and open flames (such as candles) are strictly prohibited
• No pets allowed on the premises
• Parties and events are prohibited
• Parking is limited to the designated space assigned to the cottage
• Do not feed local wildlife
• A $500 security deposit hold is required one day prior to arrival, and a rental agreement must be signed at least 7 days before check-in
