The second-floor primary suite features a comfortable queen-sized bed with large windows offering stunning ocean views and natural light. This suite includes a rustic oasis of an ensuite bathroom complete with a large skylight, shower, and jacuzzi tub. For additional guests, the living room offers a full-size sleeper sofa that provides serene views of the harbor through glass pane doors. A second large and airy bathroom with a shower-tub combo is located on the main floor.

The living space is designed for relaxation, featuring an oversized leather chair and a large flat-screen SMART TV with streaming options. The kitchen is a dream for the cook, boasting wooden cupboards and floors for a warm, rustic feel, along with plenty of counter space and a large window overlooking the water. For dining, an antique drop-leaf table provides a perfect spot to gather and enjoy the harbor views.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this traditional coastal home, which is perched by the water and surrounded by the rugged Maine coastline. Guests can enjoy the massive deck, BBQ, and yoga mats while listening to the waves lap the shore.
