Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The property is pet-free and cannot accommodate guests arriving with pets. A signed rental agreement, identification, and completion of the HOLT Boarding Pass are required prior to arrival. Guests must choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Please note a USD 500 fine applies for improper hot tub use. For safety, CCTV cameras are located at the exterior entrance and in the shared garage. Scheduled maintenance occurs weekly; guests will be notified in advance. Commercial bookings require prior notification as pricing may vary.
