This spacious villa is designed for families and groups, offering a total guest capacity of 12. The layout includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy. Sleeping arrangements consist of one King bed in the first bedroom and two Queen beds in both the second and third bedrooms, supplemented by a pull-out sofa bed in the sitting area. The interior features a dining area, a sitting area with a large flat-screen television, DVD player, and cable/satellite service, as well as two balconies for taking in the breathtaking ocean views.

The villa is equipped with a full kitchen featuring a conventional stove/oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and all necessary cookware and dishware. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in-unit.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for a refundable damage deposit and incidentals; the primary guest must be 21+ years old. On-site valet parking is available for a daily fee of $25.00 USD. Additionally, a USVI Government imposed Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee of $25 per night per villa is charged at check-out.

Important Notifications: Family pets are not permitted, though service animals are welcome. Please be aware of ongoing resort improvements: villa refurbishment and road paver repairs are scheduled through 2025, and elevator modernization is planned for 2026 and 2027-2028. During these times, some construction noise may occur during business hours, and resort staff will be available to assist with luggage and golf cart pick-ups.
