Inside, the home features a new Chef's kitchen fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs, which shares an open floor plan with the living and dining area to maximize the magnificent lake views. The interior is updated with new floors and furniture throughout. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the porch closet.

Outdoor living is where Lilypad truly shines. Step out onto the large deck to take in the majestic scenery or entertain friends and family with a BBQ on the outdoor grill. Nestled on Damariscotta Lake, the property is surrounded by clean and clear water on three sides. Four kayaks are available on-property for guest use at their own risk. Beyond the water, a perfect flat field awaits a family game of baseball, volleyball, or kickball.
