The home features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, expertly arranged across three levels to accommodate up to 15 guests. The sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a separate bunk room containing a bunk bed and a full-size bed.

Designed for maximum comfort, the layout includes two separate living rooms—ideal for when half the group wants a movie night while the others prefer quiet time. The main level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a bright dining area. For those with mobility needs or heavy luggage, an elevator is available as an optional add-on for $50 per stay.

Outside is where vacation mode truly kicks in. Enjoy Gulf views from the large deck, mix drinks at the tiki bar, or gather around the fire pit for long evenings under the stars. A convenient outdoor shower is provided to rinse off the sand before heading inside.
