This inviting home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for versatility: the upstairs main suite offers a king-size bed and a bunk bed, while the entry-level second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a new bunk bed. For additional guests, a queen-size air mattress is provided for use in the recreation loft.

The interior is defined by an artistic, open-concept layout. The living room is anchored by a striking stone gas fireplace that reaches the ceiling, offering a cozy spot to relax after a day of hiking. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, an island with a double sink, and ample counter space. Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious dining area is bathed in natural light from a large window, making it ideal for family meals or homeschooling sessions.

For entertainment, the recreation loft overlooks the living room and features beautiful wood detailing, a pub table, a pool table for friendly matches, and a new video arcade. The bedrooms are equally relaxing, with cozy log furnishings, ceiling fans, and TVs. The main suite further enhances luxury with an indoor jetted tub and direct access to a screened-in deck with the best mountain views.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Bear Tracks experience. Guests can relax in rocking chairs on the front porch or enjoy the main screened-in deck featuring a bubbly hot tub with massaging jets. The property is conveniently accessed via flat, paved roads with a flat driveway and only four steps to reach the porch.

Located within the White Oak Resort, guests enjoy access to premium community amenities including a seasonal swimming pool (open late May to early September) with a grotto and waterfall, nature trails, a fitness room, tennis and basketball courts, a barbecue grill, and a community firepit. The cabin is a short drive on flat roads to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions, and just 20 minutes from the national park.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Deposit: A refundable $300 deposit is collected as a hold and released within 7 days after checkout
• Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival; no refund within 45 days
