Designed for comfort and versatility, the home features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a guest capacity of up to 6 people. The main level welcomes you with an open-concept living room boasting high ceilings and a stone stacked wood-burning fireplace, operational from October through March. A cozy Queen size master bedroom is located off the kitchen, complete with a dresser and a 32-inch LCD. The ensuite bathroom is conveniently accessible from both the bedroom and the living area, featuring a 60-inch walk-in shower and a stackable washer/dryer.

For added entertainment, a natural wood staircase leads to an open loft. This space is equipped with a twin on twin trundle bed and a variety of gaming options, including a vintage 2-player Multicade game with over 50 titles, a large Connect 4 game, and a TV with a gaming console. On the main floor, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with place settings for 6 guests, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals.

Step outside to the covered back deck, a perfect spot for your morning coffee, where you will find a gas grill and a hot tub. For those who prefer a traditional sear, a charcoal grill is also available out front.
