This spacious 30-foot Great Lakes Yurt is thoughtfully upgraded for maximum comfort. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms: a king bed located in the main living area and a queen bed in a private back bedroom, accommodating up to 4 guests with fresh, 100% cotton bedding.

The interior features a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, 20-inch cook stove, oven, and a double cast iron sink. For your convenience, the kitchen also includes a microwave, toaster/air fry oven, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, and a variety of cookware and spices. The bathroom is designed for relaxation with a 48-inch stand-up shower featuring a rain shower head, hair dryer, and provided essentials. In the living area, you can unwind on the sofa or in two cozy chairs, play games, or enjoy the 43-inch Smart Roku TV. Climate control is ensured year-round via an easy-to-use ComfortBilt pellet stove, a Rinnai propane backup heater, and a mini-split A/C for summer coolness.

Step outside to a large, beautiful deck designed for stargazing and sunsets. Here, you can soak in the hot tub, relax by the gas fireplace, or enjoy the outdoor dining area and gas grill. The property also features a wood-burning fire pit area with a picnic table and corn hole games.

Located in a prime spot for adventure, Birdsong Yurt is just 13 minutes from Mt. Abram and 27 minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort. The town of Bethel is a 15-minute drive away, offering local restaurants and grocery stores. The surrounding area is rich with hiking, ATV, and snowmobile trails, as well as numerous lakes and ponds for fishing and kayaking.

• Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome (up to 2) with a fee of $35 per dog per stay. Dogs must be leashed outdoors and never left unattended. No cats or other animals permitted.
• House Rules: Max occupancy of 4 guests. No parties, gatherings, or fireworks. No smoking or vaping inside (permitted 10+ ft outdoors).
• Maintenance: Private well and septic system; please flush only toilet paper.
• Winter Note: 4WD or AWD is recommended during winter months.
