Road plowing occurs after storms with possible delays during heavy snowfall. Principal guest must be 25 years or older, and all guests must sign a rental agreement before check-in. Four security cameras monitor exterior areas (front porch, driveway, generator, and garage). Basement and upstairs closet remain locked and off-limits. Dogs welcome with advance notification; cats and other pets strictly prohibited. COVID-19 travel restrictions may apply - guests should verify current guidelines. Refund policy is strict.
