This intimate 550-square-foot cottage is designed for relaxation and features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom. The layout includes a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and a smaller second bedroom equipped with two single beds, providing flexibility for guests. The interior is straightforward and inviting, featuring a living area with a Smart TV, a dining table for four, and a small but complete kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and basic cookware to help you whip up home-cooked meals.

Because Ocean Breeze is a true uninsulated seasonal cottage, it does not have central heating or air conditioning. To ensure your comfort, the property provides portable fans for warm weather as well as heaters and blankets for cooler days.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the experience. Guests have access to a private picnic area featuring lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, a picnic table, and a propane grill for unhurried evenings by the sea.

Located in Pemaquid Village, the cottage is exceptionally walkable. You are just across the road from Pemaquid Beach State Park and Mimi's on the Beach. Other nearby attractions include Fort William Henry Colonial Fort and Maine Kayak for SUPs and kayaking. A short drive will take you to the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, the Monhegan Island ferry in New Harbor, and the charming shops and oyster bars of Damariscotta.
